  1. Union Minister for Women and child Development Maneka Sanjay Gandhi Launched E-Haat Portal.To motivate Women Entrepreneurs to sell their products to buyers.Portal: – http://mahila ehaat-rmk.gov.in.It is a joint imitative of Union Women, Child Development Ministry and Rashtriya Mahila Kosh.
  2. Karnataka State Government has Launched Mukhyamantri Santwana Harish Yojana.Providing Free Medical Treatment to candidates met with road accident for 48 hrs
  3. Madhya Pradesh announced inclusion of Widow Marriage under State Government’s MUKHYAMANTRI KANYA VIVAH YOJANA.
  4. Cabinet headed by PM Modi approved Rs 8000 Crore for Rural LPG Connections under PMUY (Pradhan Mantri Ujwal Yojana).
  5. Project MAUSAM is an Initiative of Ministry of Culture which is to be implemented by Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) with the support Indra Gandhi Natonal Centre for Arts and National Museum as associate body.This Project will explore Multi Faceted Indian Ocean World.
  6. Union cabinet headed by PM Modi approved “HELP” Policy. (Hydro Carbon Exploration and Licensing Policy).

  8. Union Ministry has announced name UJALA for LED based Domestic Efficient Lighting Program (DELP). UJALA is an Unnat Jyoti by Affordable LED’s for all. Domestic Efficient lighting Programme (DELP) is renamed as UJALA.
  9. In an effort to modernize Govt. Sector Defense Ministry launched web portal KENDRIYA SAINIK BOARD. This portal will under Department of Ex-Serviceman welfare. This portal enables the Ex-serviceman to avail various schemes by submitting online applications and save paper work.
  10. Union Minister for Health JP Nadda launched project Clean Street Food in Delhi. The Street vendors will receive smart skill cum registration cards after completing of training. For this FSSAI is entered in to a partnership with Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship to train Food Street Workers under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKUY).
  11. Parytak Mitra Programme is launched by Union Ministry of Tourism. The programme was launched by Union Ministry of Tourism on 12 January 2016 (National Youth Day) to inculcate appropriate tourism traits and knowledge amongst the trainees to enable them to act/work as Tourist Facilitators (Prayatak Mitra).
  12. Scheme RUSA (Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan) is started by Union Govt. with the aim of providing funding to States Higher Educational Institutions.
  13. Career Guidance Counseling Centers Launched in Delhi to improve Employment Opportunities for Women.
  14. Union Food Minister Ram Vilas Passwan Launches Depot Online System. This system will automate the operations of FCI at depot Level.
  15. AYUSH joins hands with WHO (World Health Organisation) to promote Traditional Medicines.
  16. Health Minister JP Nadda launched CB NAAT Diagnostic Machinewhich will help in Quick Diagnosis of Tuberculosis with in 2hrs.
  17. CISCO announced to set up an Internet of Everything (IOE) innovative centre at Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) to foster Regional Innovation.
  18. Cabinet Committee on economic affairs given approval for extension of time period of Special Industry Imitative for Jammu and Kashmir Udaan Scheme till 2019-20. Initially the time period of Udaan scheme was 2015-16. Udaan Provides exposure to the youth of J and K to the best of corporate India and corporate India to rich talent pool available in state.67 Corporates partnered with NSDC under UDAAN.
  19. Ministry of Health and Family Welfare launched Longitudinal Ageing Study in India (LASI).According to 2011 CENSUS only 6% of Total Population of India with elderly people.
  20. of India gives approval to The Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana. This Scheme (Prime Minister’s Crop Insurance Scheme) was launched by Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on 18 February 2016. It envisages a uniform premium of only 2 per cent to be paid by farmers for Kharif crops, and 1.5 per cent for Rabi crops.
  21. President Mukherjee gave Final Clearance to AADHAAR BILL which will now allow the govt. to make 12 digit unique identity numbers compulsory to access Govt. Services.
  22. PM Modi would Launch STAND UP SCHEME on 5th This Scheme aim is to creating Jobs and Promoting Entrepreneurs among SC, ST and woman
  23. Indian Govt. will launch Gram Uday to Bharat Uday Abhiyan from 14th April to 24th The aim of this Campaign is to generate to increase social harmony across villages, rural development and Farmers Progress. PM Modi will inaugurate in Madhya Pradesh.
  24. Haryana Govt. Launched Project SALAMATI. Haryana is the first state to implement the use of Inject able Contraceptives towards family planning.
  25. Union Health Minister J P Nadda launched self Printing of E-CGHS cards. imed at benefiting pensioners who find it difficult to visit Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) centres for its renewal.
  26. Minority Affairs Minister Najma HeptullaLaunched Innovative Entrepreneurship & Skill Development Programme of MANAS.
  27. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has launched Make in India conference in Sydney. He said to Australian businesses to be the part of India’s growth story.
